OverviewCommercial Marketing Lead – Professional Sports Club (London)Sporting Jobs are proud to be working with a professional sports club based in London, seeking an ambitious and creative Commercial Marketing Lead to join their passionate and high-performing marketing team.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of driving commercial growth and fan engagement through innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in helping the club deliver on its commercial priorities — from selling out the stadium and growing the fanbase to maximising key revenue streams for the club.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of multi-channel commercial marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-stadium platforms.Drive revenue growth across key areas for the club.Develop and implement strategies to grow the club’s fanbase and enhance supporter engagement.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with the club’s brand and business objectives.Manage budgets, timelines, and creative resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.Analyse campaign data and insights to measure performance and inform future activity.Support the wider Marketing & Communications function with major club events and strategic initiatives.QualificationsProven experience in marketing within sport, entertainment, or a fast-paced consumer brand environment.Strong understanding of commercial marketing, fan engagement, and data-led campaign management.Confident working across multiple marketing channels and managing complex projects end-to-end.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for sport and audience growth.Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms is highly desirable.DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: MarketingIndustries: Spectator Sports and Sports Teams and Clubs #J-18808-Ljbffr
