OverviewAs a professional Careers & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for curating a comprehensive careers plan for students that align with the school's personal development goals; and the development and implementation of the school's marketing strategy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive careers plan for students that aligns with the school's personal development goals.Develop and implement the school's marketing strategy.Help increase growth in student numbers and generate funds to invest in the school.Multitask, plan and deliver several projects simultaneously, and create opportunities to enhance students\' personal development.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience of careers management or marketing management, or both, or similar roles, in an educational environment.Ability to demonstrate a broad range of managerial skills.Experience in developing community partnerships and creating meaningful stakeholder relationships is advantageous.Marketing skills including communications, PR, advertising, event marketing and digital marketing would be a distinct advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
