OverviewAs a Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth across a diverse portfolio of educational brands. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll own campaign calendars, collaborate across teams, and ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels. Your expertise will shape go-to-market strategy, enhance customer experiences, and deliver real commercial impact within our £50M business.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the marketing campaign calendar, aligning departments and delivering campaigns on time, on brand, and within budget.Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, web, print, and social with consistent messaging and strong creative.Manage and analyse customer data to uncover insights, translate findings into actionable strategies, and drive continuous improvement across customer engagement initiatives.Report on campaign performance and effectiveness, using data-driven analysis to measure ROI and inform future marketing strategy and investment.Manage external suppliers including creative, print, and events, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Oversee email marketing to ensure targeted, measurable campaigns that support strategic objectives.Develop content strategies and messaging frameworks to enhance product and brand storytelling.Plan and execute brand events, exhibitions, and conferences from concept to delivery.Work alongside ecommerce and social teams to deliver engaging, consistent digital campaigns.Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing outputs and customer touchpoints.Support customer engagement with sales-aligned content that enhances the buyer journey.Direct and brief creative teams on video and photography to visually communicate brand and product stories.Identify and build partnerships with networks and thought leaders to expand brand reach and thought leadership.QualificationsGCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.At least 2 years' experience in marketing role, campaign management, project delivery, and ROI reporting.Strong background in content creation, event management, and copywriting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital marketing platforms.Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Strong relationship builder with internal teams and external suppliers.BenefitsSalary of £32,00025 days annual leave, plus your birthday offLife assurance cover (4x salary)Pension scheme with 4% employer contributionAdditional benefits including retail and gym discounts, health cash plan, and cycle to work schemeVolunteer days and access to a comprehensive wellbeing programmeTailored learning and development support with real opportunities to progress #J-18808-Ljbffr
