Salary: Competitive.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of Viper’s global marketing strategy, with tailored campaigns for subsea oil & gas and rail markets.Manage brand positioning, PR, media, and digital presence to protect and grow brand reputation.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support growth.Oversee the creation of sales collateral, brochures, videos, animations, and digital content.Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and events internationally.Drive inbound lead generation through SEO, LinkedIn, website, and email campaigns.Collaborate with senior leaders to align marketing with sales and product roadmaps.Lead, develop, and mentor a Marketing Communications team, ensuring high performance.QualificationsDegree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in subsea oil & gas, energy, or technology sectors.Ability to produce and adapt technical content for multiple audiences.Exceptional communication, organisation, and project management skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working across multiple time zones and markets.– Desirable, but not essential:Experience managing external agencies (PR, design, branding).Familiarity with ISO standards and continuous improvement practices.Benefits26 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell 5 additional days)Life assuranceAttractive contributory pension schemeCycle to work scheme/volunteering scheme availableHybrid & flexible working arrangements: We offer a balanced hybrid working model, three days in the office, two days remote.
