THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of a fast-growing portfolio of international beauty industry exhibitions. This is a hands-on and strategic role that offers the chance to shape the direction of well-established events, working across campaign development, brand positioning, and industry partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing market visibility, driving exhibitor and visitor engagement, and building strong relationships within the beauty industry. Based in Warwickshire with hybrid flexibility, the role is ideal for someone looking to make a visible impact in a dynamic and ambitious events team.

Key Responsibilities:

THE CANDIDATE

This role suits a strategic and creative Marketing Manager with a strong connection to the UK beauty industry, a passion for events with up to 2-5 years' experience. You’ll have a deep understanding of the sector’s trends, players, and consumer mindset, with the ability to translate that knowledge into engaging campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially savvy, and confident in representing the brand at industry functions. With a mix of analytical thinking and hands-on execution, as the Marketing Manager, you'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
