Marketing is decentralised by region, and they're now seeking a dedicated Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to lead best practices, deliverability, and performance across all email activity.
Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
This is a newly created position designed to bring structure, strategy, and ownership to the global email marketing function.
You'll be responsible for building a high-performing email infrastructure, improving engagement metrics, and ensuring technical excellence in collaboration with CRM and regional marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve email health and deliverability, ensuring strong sender reputation and data hygiene.
Lead segmentation and targeting strategies to move from mass email sends to personalised, automated workflows.
Design and execute re-engagement campaigns for both client and candidate audiences.
Collaborate with CRM and digital teams to enhance platform performance (e.g. HubSpot, Mercury, and related integrations).
Analyse and report on campaign performance, continuously testing and optimising for better results.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven background in email marketing (not a generalist marketing role).
Strong understanding of:
Email deliverability and sender reputation management
GDPR and data compliance
A/B and multivariate testing
Large-scale list segmentation (working with databases of 1M+ contacts)
Hands-on experience with major email platforms -
HubSpot preferred .
Experience in B2B or professional services environments.
Comfortable working across multiple brands and regions.
