About the role
Keep abreast of newest trends and innovations in the industry and F&B marketing field.
Maintains an awareness of competitor marketing activity and best practices.
Understands the changing needs of the business and develops promotions to meet both short term and long-term needs for both hotel and the three F&B outlets we have: Penelopes, Amano Rooftop
Sets realistic, measurable marketing standards, objectives and goals be achieved and communicates.
Effectively manage the marketing budget on a day-to-day basis, ensure and quantify that activities deliver strong ROI in support of campaign objectives.
Develop and maximize third party relationships in conjunction with key internal stakeholders to increase footfall, deliver sales growth and extend our reach.
Manage PR and creative agencies to consistently high standards.
About you
Prior experience in a similar role and industry with the proven record of driving results
Excellent skills in communications and project management
Social Media lover & trends follower
Experience in PR and Event Management will be valued
The ability to respond effectively to pressure
With the Right to Work UK
High level of English and a second language would be an asset.
