Games Workshop is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our Customer Engagement Team and strengthen our marketing efforts across Europe. You’ll work closely with social media specialists, local agency partners and the wider customer engagement team to shape and execute campaigns that not only resonate locally but also reflect what’s right for Games Workshop, our IP and most importantly, our customers.Bringing clarity to every aspect of your communication will be key, as you’ll be responsible for analysing marketing performance, extracting insights on customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness, and sharing this with senior managers and the wider team to help shape future plans. You’ll also work closely with local retail teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with store traffic and customer recruitment goals.Being a creative problem solver, you will see the bigger picture and understand that every European market has its own identity and complexities, where trends can evolve quickly.
