This role will play a critical part in generating pipeline, building brand awareness, and supporting go-to-market success in partnership with the European sales and partner teams.The ideal candidate is an organized, creative, and hands-on marketing professional with proven experience managing in-person and virtual events, as well as executing co-marketing programs with resellers, agencies, and system integrators.You will partner with Product Marketing on messaging and Brand & Content Marketing on converting the immense brand awareness Deque has into action. You will align with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve the buyer’s journey, have a complete understanding of the pipeline, and accelerate conversion velocity.Plan, execute, and evaluate B2B events across Europe (conferences, trade shows, partner meetups, virtual events, webinars, etc.)Coordinate logistics, messaging, speaker prep, and booth/virtual assets for all regional marketing events.Collaborate with sales and partnerships to define event ROI goals and track results post-event.Own the regional channel marketing calendar: co-develop and execute partner campaigns, case studies, newsletters, landing pages, and webinars.Create marketing enablement kits and content assets for partners and resellers.Manage regional sponsorships, community events, and associations relevant to digital accessibility, inclusive design, and compliance.Collaborate cross-functionally with the global marketing, content, and product teams to ensure regional alignment.Maintain and report on a regional marketing budget and calendar.Manage vendor relationships, marketing operations, and platform tools related to event and channel marketing.Requirements5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.Demonstrated success planning and executing virtual and in-person events across Europe.Experience managing co-marketing initiatives with channel partners or resellers.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Fluent in at least one other European language (Spanish, French, or German preferred).Willingness to travel within Europe for events (approx. 10–20%).Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and webinar tools.Deque (pronounced dee-cue) is a web accessibility software and services company, and our mission is Digital Equality.
