Captiva Learning is a fast-growing apprenticeship provider helping organisations – especially schools – to develop and unlock their people’s potential. Our brands include the National College of Education, the National Centre of Leadership and Management, and Premier Pathways.
We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Marketing Executive to join our central team. You’ll work across all Captiva brands – each with its own message and audience – delivering marketing activity that drives leads and grows engagement.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone with 3+ years' generalist marketing experience, who’s ready to contribute ideas, experiment with AI tools, and support strategic digital campaigns.
Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, web and paid
Support the group-wide digital marketing strategy and brand goals
Create engaging content – email, social, landing pages, videos and more
Manage paid search and paid social campaigns (PPC, Meta, LinkedIn)
Use tools like GA4, CRM, and automation platforms to optimise performance
Explore and experiment with AI-driven tools for marketing efficiency
Help create traditional assets (brochures, flyers) where needed
3+ years in a broad digital marketing role, ideally in a lead-gen focused team
~ Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
~ Social media content & paid ads
~ SEO & PPC principles
~ Strong copywriting and content creation skills
~ Curiosity around new marketing tools – AI knowledge/interest is a bonus
~ A hybrid working model after probation
