ROLE OVERVIEW //


We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-orientated individual to join the Digital Marketing Team on a fixed-term contract as part of the wider Business Services function at our head office in London.


The Digital Marketing Team, part of the wider Marketing Team, plays a key role in driving the firm’s growth by shaping and executing content marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives. We provide guidance on content creation, format, and distribution across digital channels, alongside delivering analysis to inform future campaigns. The team manages the firm’s online presence including the website, social media, blogs, video, and podcast platforms, and oversees the firm’s CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), offering insights into client engagement. Additionally, we maintain the firm’s intranet, a central hub for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and internal communications.


This role works across the breadth of the firm, working with a multitude of different tools and systems to deliver highly targeted campaigns. In this role you will manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and rewarding environment.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //

  • Responsibility for managing inbound work requests from stakeholders ensuring tasks are delivered in a timely manner, responding to internal queries, gathering required approvals, and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and delivery.
  • Support with uploading and updating website content including firm news, insights, practice area and sector page information, people profiles, and case studies.
  • Produce email marketing communications including the creation of contact segments, drafting copy, creating emails using defined templates, testing, and scheduling. Continually look for ways to improve the quality and deliverability of email campaigns.
  • Drafting, publishing and monitoring social media content (predominately LinkedIn).
  • Support with podcast recording, planning and uploading to podcast platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and design team on campaign briefs and asset feedback.
  • Contribute to campaign plans and ideation and support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns including web content, email, social media (including paid advertising).
  • Contribute to regular reporting on campaign performance, including data analysis and commentary.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, reporting key findings back to wider marketing team to support campaign planning.
  • Provide support in helping training and guide other users of marketing systems including websites, blogging platforms, and our CRM platform.




CANDIDATE PROFILE //


We are looking for candidates who have worked, or be working in a similar role with some experience using marketing systems such as content management (CMS) and CRM.


Required skills:

  • Degree-educated or equivalent industry experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written, and excellent attention to detail.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity, displaying the highest standards.
  • Experience of working within a diverse team while fostering an inclusive team culture.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, confidence to develop strong working relationships with fee earners, knowledge lawyers and members of the Commercial team.
  • Proven organisational skills, including ability to manage multiple deliverables within a tight timeframe and deliver high quality work.
  • Previous Marketing experience, most recently at an assistant or executive level in legal or professional services.
  • Experienced using a marketing automation tool to deliver email comms. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing experience is advantageous but experience in other systems is useful.
  • Strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities
