Purpose of the Role:


Biotech company seeking Digital Marketing Executive Contractor


We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to support the rebuild of the firms website on the Umbraco platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the new site.


You'll also contribute to enhancing customer experience and improving marketing automation across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Website Rebuild Support

  • Assist in managing the full website rebuild lifecycle on Umbraco.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and the external agency to gather and implement requirements.
  • Ensure content is optimised for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), identify bugs, and ensure resolution.
  • Organise and upload all web content and assets into the new CMS.
  • Help ensure a smooth launch and post-launch website performance.


Digital Marketing & CX

  • Work to improve the user experience and engagement on the new site.
  • Support marketing automation strategies to boost conversions.
  • Ensure website content aligns with ongoing campaigns.
  • Monitor site performance and suggest improvements.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience with website rebuilds; Umbraco knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Semrush.
  • Experience working with digital assets and UAT processes.
  • Understanding of digital customer experience and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
