THE ROLE

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver the B2B marketing and external communications strategy to enhance brand reputation and drive lead generation.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, brand, PR, content, and public affairs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Board, aligning marketing with business growth objectives.
  • Inspire and manage a multi-disciplinary Marketing & Communications team, developing talent and building capability.
  • Collaborate with regional and business development teams to ensure marketing supports growth priorities.
  • Proactively manage the PR strategy and press office, building reputation and stakeholder trust.
  • Track, measure, and optimise marketing performance to ensure ROI and commercial impact.

YOU

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B marketing leadership within a services organisation.
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing strategies with measurable impact.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, data, and analytics to optimise performance.
  • Skilled in brand, PR, communications, and reputation management.
  • Confident influencing at Board and executive level.
  • Track record of building and leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of public affairs or political engagement.
