Overview We are looking to recruit a Marketing Delivery Manager to join our UK Marketing & Sales team on a hybrid basis, working at least 1 day per week based at our Woking office. FTC Maternity cover position, startning 5th January 2026 Responsibilities
Leading the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline), ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are completed on time. Acting as the primary point of contact for campaign progress updates and issue resolution. Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure a smooth delivery for each marketing campaign or activity. Monitoring campaign budgets, ensuring that marketing activities are delivered within financial constraints. Identifying bottlenecks or issues in the campaign delivery process and working proactively to resolve them.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing, mentoring and developing team members within a large marketing team. High level project management knowledge and methodologies. Exemplary communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, inspiring and motivating team members and other colleagues. Proven ability to achieve campaign targets / goals and deliver projects within timescales and to budgets. Flexible, forward looking, solutions focused approach.
