OverviewPathway CTM is a socially purposed business that helps school‑leavers fulfil their potential and get into the world of work. We work with a range of companies, education partners, and schools to deliver an Employability Programme consisting of Events, Application Clinics, One‑to‑One Support, and Work Experience opportunities.About the RoleThis Marketing & Delivery Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop experience in account management, project and event delivery alongside digital marketing. You will contribute to supporting young people to understand their future options and hold responsibility for key client accounts while supporting the Digital Marketing Manager.ResponsibilitiesProject management of a portfolio of client projects – setting up a project plan, identifying risks, actioning tasks, and reporting progress via email and regular meetings.Clear management of own calendar – booking sessions with schools, hosting in‑person and virtual events, and travelling between in‑person sessions.Deliver and host small‑scale to large‑scale events (300+ attendees) for students, parents, and employers.Responsible for pre‑event tasks – creating agendas and PowerPoint slides with clients.Responsible for post‑event data collection to support project reports including quantitative and qualitative data.Contribute to the Student Support function – helping young people with apprenticeship applications and gathering feedback from project events.Marketing and QualificationsInterest in digital marketing and creativity.Experience running marketing campaigns.Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, email marketing platforms, Canva, and CRM systems.Passion for education and our industry.Proficient in Microsoft 365 – PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.Willing to travel when needed.Experience delivering events and/or mentoring young people.Experience managing a project end‑to‑end.Confidence speaking to students, parents, teachers, and employers.Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.Methodical and detail‑oriented approach.Self‑starter with initiative.BenefitsClose‑knit team delivering events for students, parents, and teachers.Work with leading multi‑national brands creating equality of opportunity.Great team culture in London with monthly sessions and holiday parties.Development opportunities in presenting and event mastery.Commitment to training and development.Every other Friday off after 3 months.Other InformationJob Title: Marketing & Delivery ManagerReports To: Head of DeliveryContract Type: Full‑timeHours: 37.5 per week (9:00‑17:30, with evening delivery & overnight stays as required)Location: Hybrid – 2 days in central London office, 3 days remoteStart Date: ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
