london | hybrid 3 days a week | competitive salary + 20% bonusat wagamama, food is life and we’re here to make every bite count. with over 165 restaurants across the UK (and growing fast) we’ve been dishing up vibrant, fresh asian inspired flavours since ‘92. it’s all about good food, good vibes, and good companywere looking for a delivery marketing manager to join us on our journey ready to dive in and stir things up?what we need |a marketing specialist experienced across delivery channels to be accountable for leading the development, execution and evaluation of the annual marketing strategy for wagamama across its delivery platformsthe role will lead the development, execution and evaluation of the quarterly marketing activation plan on platforms ensuring wagamama is always unmissable in app and one click away from being orderedIn this role you will plan do and review the marketing plans in platform responsible for ensuring we are delivering strong commercial and brand return for our investment and ROI continues to improve quarter on quarterwhat you’ll do |lead marketing strategy in year and quarterly / monthly activation plan for delivery partners developing plans that are sufficient and strong enough to deliver (ideally exceed) commercial and brand annual targetsresponsible for being agile and developing in flight course corrections in order to close gaps to revenue and profit in partnership with the senior commercial managerlead the execution of all activation campaigns on delivery platforms from food, to seasonal to supporting events to launch brand campaigns collaborating with delivery partners to develop, implement with excellence and review effectiveness maximising brand presence in platformlead the creation and implementation of one buzz worthy PR delivery collab partnership a year (per partner we work with)Work in partnership with CRM + loyalty team in order to develop loyalty prop annual plan and and quarterly / monthly activation plan including platform own loyalty program alongside soul clubbe project lead for all delivery only initiatives (eg Deliveroo family time required need dish disc to be developed and tech development, eg delivery packaging) this role will be responsible for co ordinating the cross functional group to ensure these initiatives land smoothlywhat you’ll need |at least 3 years experience with delivery platforms and ideally in a marketing capacity with a proven track record of driving customer /marketing led growthstrong stakeholder management skillsstrong cross functional project managercreative thinking that can leverage and scale ideas with excellent executional skills and attention to detailcampaign management experience including activation of high spend multi-channel media campaignsconfidence and experience presentingpartnership management experiencestrong commercial acumen with clear deliver of ROI in prior roleswho you’ll be working with |CMCOmarketing director + brand teamcentral ops teamsaCRM + loyalty teamwhat’s in it for you |competitive salary + 20% bonus potentialhybrid workingcome as you are culture, with modern offices, fresh fruit and soft drinks£200 monthly wagamama food allowance — enjoy all your favourite dishes on us!private healthcare3% pension contribution25 days holiday plus bank holidays+ further discounts across retail, hospitality & leisure — perks that make life sweeterSupporting you every step of the way! family-friendly pay: 26 weeks full pay + 13 weeks half pay for expectant or adopting parentsnothing brings people together like great food. no matter where you’re from or who you are, you’ve got a seat at our table | because food is the ultimate connector, and here everyone belongs #J-18808-Ljbffr
