The role
You will be working with a stylish & innovative market leading brand which has links to the property & lifestyle sector and has taken the UK & overseas markets by storm. The company is driven by its creative & marketing, and employs some very talented creatives & marketers, and you will work closely with all, to ensure that all messaging and communications is in line with the brands’ look, feel and tone of voice.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, with a key focus on delivering key journeys for new & existing customers – optimising strategies through personalisation, automation, and retention activities. The campaigns are cutting edge & emotive and you’ll help create & deliver communications via their key platforms – email, WhatsApp & SMS and in-building assets for their wide audience segments.
Another key element will be to support with all stages of their CRM process including building email campaigns using Dotdigital, Marketing Cloud & Salesforce to define actions relating to campaigns, setting up the audiences, as well as carrying out relevant testing and scheduling. You will also get involved in the analysis of customer data & behaviour to obtain actionable insights and inform CRM initiatives.

For this reason, you will need a sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and email channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.
The essential bit is that you’ll need 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or agency environment, and it may suit a marketing grad with a year out. You’ll need to demonstrate sound knowledge of CRM software platforms such as Salesforce, Dotdigital & Marketing Cloud. A solid background in email, data & communications is also vital & an appreciation of how the different marketing channels link together is equally handy.
