We are seeking a talented Marketing Consultant to join the Adviser Marketing team working on Protection activity on a 12-month secondment.About the Role:You will play a crucial role in delivering market-leading campaigns, events and content for our advisers. You will support the overall Brand & Marketing strategy and help achieve our trading objectives. Your responsibilities will include:Creating high-quality, innovative, and engaging communications and events that resonate with our adviser audience.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of marketing activities.Embedding the audience perspective in all marketing efforts across various channels.Measuring the impact of marketing activities and reporting to the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.About You:We are looking for someone with:Experience in delivering marketing campaigns, specifically event management.Knowledge of the Protection market and engaging the adviser community.Experience in delivering activity to support our Strategic Partnerships with key adviser firms for eg (Openwork or SJP)A good understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques, including paid media.Strong project management skills and the ability to handle data securely.Experience in the financial services industry or a regulated industry is a plus.The ability to monitor and report on budgets and risks.A marketing graduate or relevant work experience.About Royal LondonWe’re the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment company, offering protection, long-term savings and asset management products and services.Our People Promise to our colleagues is that we will all work somewhere inclusive, responsible, enjoyable and fulfilling.
