OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, deliver and optimise impactful campaigns that support our brand, commercial and customer goals. Working closely with in-house teams, this role is hands-on and highly collaborative, playing a key part in bringing exciting exclusive collaborations to market and delivering best-in-class campaigns.The chosen candidate will drive awareness and sales performance for premium dental products through digital and offline strategies, operating at the heart of strategy, execution and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing experience and a good level of expertise with data, and a proactive, commercial mindset.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to analytics.Collaborate with internal teams across digital, creative, product, and category management.Manage timelines, content needs, creative briefs, and asset delivery to ensure smooth rollout.Help launch and promote exclusive supplier and manufacturer partnerships.Craft compelling campaign stories that bring collaborations to life across relevant channels.Brief and work directly with the in-house creative team to develop campaign assets (digital, print, email, social, etc.).Ensure all campaign content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic messaging.Coordinate multi-channel campaign execution across email, web, social media, print, events and internal platforms.Work closely with the digital team to optimise channel use and messaging.Produce campaign wrap-up reports with clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Partner with internal stakeholders including category managers, product teams and sales to align objectives.Support marketing input into cross-functional initiatives and product launches.This role is varied; the job description is not exhaustive and the role holder may participate in other duties as required by the business.Job Skills & Experience RequiredQualifications:4+ years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign planning and delivery.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to brief and challenge where needed.Background in B2B, healthcare, retail, or distribution (desirable).Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and email platforms.Experience:Solid understanding of multi-channel campaign execution.Ability to analyse and report on performance data to drive improvements.Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.Experience working on manufacturer-led or exclusive brand collaborations.Senior/Leadership level and specific employment type details are not specified beyond role-related responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
