Tailored Recruitment Partners are working with a leading organisation in their Industry to recruit a dynamic, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, deliver and optimise impactful campaigns that support our brand, commercial and customer goals. Working closely with our in-house teams, this role is hands-on and highly collaborative, playing a key part in bringing exciting exclusive collaborations to market and delivering best-in-class campaigns.The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, and sales performance for premium products through both digital and offline strategies, operating at the heart of strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing experience and good level of expertise with data, and a proactive, commercial mindset.Job ResponsibilitiesThe role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:Campaign Planning & ExecutionLead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to analytics.Collaborate with internal teams across digital, creative, product, and category management.Manage timelines, content needs, creative briefs, and asset delivery to ensure smooth rollout.Exclusive CollaborationsHelp launch and promote exclusive supplier and manufacturer partnerships.Craft compelling campaign stories that bring these collaborations to life across relevant channels.Content & Creative CoordinationBrief and work directly with our in-house creative team to develop campaign assets (digital, print, email, social, etc.).Ensure all campaign content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic messaging.Channel ActivationCoordinate multi-channel campaign execution across email, web, social media, print, events, and internal platforms.Work closely with the digital team to optimise channel use and messaging.Performance & InsightMonitor campaign performance using key metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, leads, conversions).Produce campaign wrap-up reports with clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with internal stakeholders including category managers, product teams and sales to align objectives.Support marketing input into cross-functional initiatives and product launches.QualificationsExperience in marketing, with a focus on campaign planning and delivery.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to brief and challenge where needed.Background in B2B, healthcare, retail, or distribution. (desirable)Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and email platforms.ExperienceSolid understanding of multi-channel campaign execution.Ability to analyse and report on performance data to drive improvements.Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.Experience working on manufacturer-led or exclusive brand collaborations.
