Marketing Automation Specialist – CovencoResponsibilitiesTake a lead in the management of our HubSpot marketing automation CRM, ensuring its optimal configuration and use for lead nurturing, segmentation, and automated campaigns.Design, build, and continuously refine automated lead nurturing sequences and trigger-based campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Monitor, analyse, and optimise lead performance across channels, including email marketing, SDR outreach, Google Ads (PPC), paid online advertising, and webinar events, identifying areas for improvement.Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards to track lead volume, velocity, quality, and conversion rates, providing clear lead attribution insights and demonstrating ROI.Ensure data accuracy within the CRM, develop advanced segmentation strategies, and build targeted lists to support highly personalised campaigns.Work closely with sales and business development (SDR) teams to ensure seamless lead handovers, gather feedback, and align marketing automation efforts with sales pipeline requirements.Provide technical expertise and support for campaign deployment, ensuring all elements are tracked correctly for effective reporting and optimisation.Identify and implement process improvements within the marketing automation and lead management frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.QualificationsMinimum of five years' demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT industry (not essential) with a deep specialism in marketing automation and lead optimisation.Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, including advanced automation, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record in lead attribution, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making.Strong understanding of the lead generation funnel and experience optimising performance across various digital channels (PPC, paid media, email, webinars).Technically capable with an eye for detail, able to troubleshoot and improve marketing automation processes.A strategic thinker who can translate data insights into actionable optimisation strategies.Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A true team player with excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong cross-functional relationships.Motivated by the generation of high-quality leads and opportunities and demonstrating clear business impact.RequirementsMust be resident in the UK.English as a primary language.Ability to commute to our Banbury office at least one day per week.
