You’ll oversee everything from campaign strategy and budget management to creative development and event delivery.Working alongside senior leadership and external partners, you’ll bring ideas to life - whether that’s through digital storytelling, seasonal events, PR activity or community engagement projects. If you love fast-paced environments, thrive under pressure and get genuine satisfaction from seeing your work make a visible difference, this role is for you.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver an annual communications, marketing and events planCreate, plan and manage events such as seasonal celebrations, food weeks and city experiencesManage budgets, suppliers and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outcomesOversee all digital channels including website, social media and email marketingProduce creative and engaging content that increases brand visibility and public engagementWork collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to amplify campaigns and eventsAnalyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform strategyEnsure all communications and materials are high-quality, accurate and on brandExperience requiredDegree in Marketing, Communications or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior marketing or events management roleProven success in developing and delivering marketing campaigns from concept to completionStrong project management skills with experience managing budgets and external partnersConfident communicator with exceptional writing, editing and presentation skillsHighly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA creative thinker who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in resultsAdditional detailsFlexible working hoursExciting variety of projects with real community impactCity centre offices in a prestigious building25 days annual leave plus statutory holidaysSupportive and collaborative team cultureReady to make your mark?
