Our CEO, James Mackay, is bringing a clear and progressive vision to the business, rooted in deep industry insight that inspires innovation and excellence.About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Event Marketing Manager, to lead the strategic direction and execution of our European events and webinars. This is a newly created, sole contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, wants to own the strategy, and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end planning and delivery of all events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and customer eventsDevelop event strategies that align with broader marketing and business goals, with a clear focus on lead generation and pipeline contributionManage all logistics: budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, travel, and on-site executionCollaborate with demand generation, sales, and product marketing to ensure events are integrated into campaigns and sales targetsDefine and track event KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROIReport on performance and insights to inform future planning and investmentPartner with internal teams to develop event messaging, collateral, and promotional plansEnsure consistent brand representation across all event touchpointsManage event tech stack and tools (e.g., webinar platform, HubSpot, Salesforce)Continuously optimize event workflows and processes for scalability and impactYour Experience5+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or techExperience being sole owner of event strategy and delivery, across multiple geographiesProven ability to plan and execute events that drive measurable business outcomesStrong understanding of the marketing funnel and how events contribute to pipeline and revenueExceptional project management and organizational skillsProficiency working with lead capture tools, and webinar management platformsExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (ideally Salesforce and HubSpot)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth environmentAble to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teamsUnderstanding of cybersecurity buyer personas and industry dynamics is a plusExperience working in PE-backed or scale-up environments is a plusWhy Join UsWe offer a collaborative, forward-thinking, and driven by purpose work environment.
