About The Job This position is needed to manage event platforms, drive attendee engagement, and collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging. Your goals include lead generation, increased brand visibility, and other event performance metrics. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll:
Develop virtual programmes, including customized programmes for target accounts. Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of relevant activities, such as top of funnel/awareness building tactics, mid-funnel building tactics, and product awareness events. Delivering EMEA specific versions of programmes from other regions where relevant. Manage vendors, agencies, and contractors to execute on all aspects of the plan and strategy as required. Be the voice and presence of our virtual events, from hosting sessions to engaging key stakeholders.
Align Sales and Marketing You will develop virtual events programs in partnership with the Campaigns, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, EEP and SDR teams that result in revenue growth.
Work hand-in-glove with the Campaigns team to ensure synergies in delivery and PMK/Other teams as relevant. Partner with GTM teams and other Marketing team members to define the target account set, identifying key acquisition opportunities and building clear, joint execution plans. Activate connected sales and marketing execution to maximise marketing spend to revenue.
Build relationships Create clarity in relevant target account sets regarding Twilio strategy, solution and product relevance by designing and delivering virtual events that speak to particular pain points and challenges.
In conjunction with the GTM org identify the best plan of action to maximise ROI and ensure all relevant stakeholders in the business are focused on prospect experience.
Measure programmes Report on virtual events performance metrics across the funnel and ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on progress within the target account sets.
Manage the virtual events marketing budget and report as relevant on ROI vs spend. Optimise spend and activity delivery, adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure optimum prospect/customer experience and maximum ROI.

5-7 years experience in marketing and go-to-market strategy execution within the enterprise software/SaaS markets. Experienced in creating and delivering successful virtual events strategies. Experience in hosting events (virtual or physical) and/or public facing evangelism. Excellent understanding of how to analyse and optimise conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel. Proven B2B marketing experience in the EMEA region. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work to ambitious commercial targets. Impeccable English written and verbal communications skills. Proven ability to manage all aspects of marketing delivery. Ability to think strategically, coupled with the focus and discipline necessary to simultaneously execute on a wide variety of detailed tactics. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Motivated individual performer that values teamwork.
Desired Experience working for a US-headquartered company, experience in both on and offline growth marketing techniques, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Location This role will be remote, and based in the United Kingdom or Ireland. Travel Approximately 25% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
