The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the identity and driving engagement for multiple destinations.The RoleThis position sits at the intersection of marketing, events, and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering creative campaigns, building brand visibility, driving footfall, and leading event programming that connects with both local and visiting audiences.Managing day-to-day marketing activity across both venues, with agency and in-house supportDeveloping content briefs for digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedInOverseeing paid and organic campaigns with a focus on ROI, engagement, and brand consistencyCoordinating seasonal campaigns and larger-scale events, from concept to executionDelivering a regular calendar of events including quizzes, music nights, sports screenings, and community programmingWorking cross-functionally with site and commercial teams to ensure events run smoothly and achieve commercial goalsSupporting brand partnerships and collaborations, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns and activationsMonitoring performance metrics and reporting regularly to the senior leadership teamStaying informed on hospitality and cultural trends to keep the offer relevant and forward-thinkingAbout YouWe’re looking for someone with a strong background in marketing, events, or partnerships—ideally within the hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
