This role is pivotal in driving marketing success, maximising account value, and ensuring consistent service delivery through well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will work cross-functionally to deliver content whilst positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the rapidly evolving blockchain advertising space. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with operational excellence, bringing experience in setting and implementing SOPs alongside a proven track record in account growth and client retention within the digital advertising or technology sector. Responsibilities
Team Management & Project Delivery: Manage and coordinate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of all projects and campaigns; act as line manager to oversee workload distribution and resource allocation across team members; monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain high standards and meet critical deadlines; facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to streamline workflow and eliminate bottlenecks. Operational Excellence: Develop, document, and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for account management processes; ensure consistent execution of established SOPs across internal workflows; monitor compliance with SOPs and continuously refine processes for optimal efficiency; collaborate with internal teams to standardise community support and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Web3 Community, and Technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions; utilise tools such as HubSpot for CRM management, Jira for project tracking, Figma for creative collaboration, and social media platforms for content scheduling; stay informed of blockchain technology developments, programmatic advertising trends, and competitor offerings to better position Alkimi\'s products. Events & Marketing Initiatives: Support planning and execution of events-based marketing initiatives including industry conferences, community activations, and brand experiences to strengthen client relationships and elevate brand visibility.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in an account management role or line manager role, preferably within digital advertising, AdTech, or technology sectors Proven experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures in a client-facing environment Experience in content scheduling and content bank management (preferred) Experience with digital advertising concepts and programmatic buying (preferred) Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or MBA/PGDM (preferred)
Technical Proficiency
Jira for project management and workflow tracking Figma for collaborative design and presentation development Social media platforms for content scheduling HubSpot for CRM and sales pipeline management (preferred)
Communication & Analysis
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations and explaining concepts to diverse audiences Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify trends and risks across the customer portfolio, analyse blockchain advertising performance data, and propose proactive solutions Initiative & Ownership: Self-starter capable of independently managing customer success, retention, and operational process improvements Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment at the forefront of blockchain technology and digital advertising transformation
