We wish to be the strategic partner for entertainment and sports organisations in helping them solve their biggest advertising, communication and engagement challenges. We have an exciting opportunity that would suit a curious, creative, talented, marketing focused account manager or someone wishing to step up into this level of role. It’s not too much to ask, is it? It could well be you.

You’d be successful in this role if you make things happen, deliver bold ideas that underpin your talent for winning new business and manage timelines with ruthless efficiency.
If you’re the successful candidate, you’ll be the main point of contact for new and key clients, shaping strategies, running campaigns, and delivering results that truly matter. You’ll have a voice, and we’ll want to hear it.
To be clear, we are building the rocket as we’re flying so we’d want you to bring a sense of free thinking and be motivated to build and shape the future of the agency, not just participate.
This role is hybrid to the office in Manchester centre.
What you'll be doing.
As volt7’s newest teammate, your priority will be delivering outstanding work and growing our existing client portfolio.
- Understand your clients deeply to enable you to effectively lead their accounts and represent their interests alongside the agencies
- Managing day-to-day activity and campaign performance of the accounts.
- Develop strategies, provide insights, and deliver creative solutions that matter.
- Manage budgets and negotiate deals confidently to ensure the agency is protected whilst maximising value to our clients.
- Collaborate with internal specialists, with a constant willingness to learn and knowledge share.
- Represent the agency as required and contribute to new business growth.

- You’re eternally curious, tenacious and demonstrate a controlled self-confidence with a strong sense of client intuition.
- Strong media knowledge, understanding of the digital world, specifically social media coupled with a demonstrable understanding of industry trends.
- You know the real value of brands and can articulate it effortlessly, you’re driven to understand the insights that shape behaviours
- Crafting engagement stories that move client’s forwards.
- Skilled in software that supports your effectiveness, such as Office products, Program Management and social media business suites.
- Client facing experience and great at building relationships.
