We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Account Manager to join our growing team. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with exceptional client relationship management to drive business development, support our international expansion, and enhance client retention across our diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-border consulting environment and excel at translating complex consulting solutions into compelling marketing narratives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand DevelopmentDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and content platforms to support business development objectivesCreate compelling marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content that showcases Chesamel’s expertise across our four transformation pillarsManage and optimise digital presence including website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing automation platformsSupport the development and promotion of innovative client engagement frameworksCoordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and messaging strategiesAccount Management & Client RelationsServe as the primary relationship manager for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfactionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across multiple sectorsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Chesamel’s service offerings to drive account growthCoordinate with capability leads across Workforce, Digital, Marketing, and Sustainable Transformation pillars to deliver integrated solutionsMonitor client satisfaction metrics and implement retention strategies to maximize lifetime valuePrepare regular account reviews, status reports, and strategic recommendations for the management teamBusiness Development SupportSupport proposal development and RFP responses with compelling value propositions and marketing materialsCollaborate with the management team on market expansion strategies, particularly in MENA and APAC marketsTrack and report on marketing ROI, lead generation metrics, and conversion ratesMaintain CRM systems with accurate client data, interaction history, and pipeline managementRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and account management, preferably in consulting or professional servicesProven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narrativesStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and CRM systemsExperience working in or with international markets, particularly UK, US, MENA and APAC regionsDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsProficiency in marketing analytics, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suitePreferred QualificationsExperience in strategic consulting or transformation servicesKnowledge of MENA and APAC marketsFamiliarity with Construction, Technology, Energy, or Banking & Finance sectorsProfessional certifications such as CIPD, CIM, or relevant marketing qualificationsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design toolsStrategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plansClient-centric approach with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsResults-driven mindset with focus on metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvementCultural intelligence and adaptability to work effectively across diverse international marketsCreative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinkingExcellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package commensurate with experienceOpportunity to work with a dynamic, international team across multiple marketsProfessional development opportunities including industry certifications and trainingExposure to diverse sectors and high-profile client engagementsAccess to industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesCareer progression within a growing international consultancy #J-18808-Ljbffr
