Head of Marketing

To support this growth, we’re looking for a world class Head of Marketing to lead our high-performing team and drive digital innovation, member acquisition, and brand engagement across all channels.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of our digital strategy, CRM, events, and in-club marketing operations. You’ll lead a team of 10, including four senior direct reports, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that reflect our premium brand and drive commercial success.
What You’ll Own
Lead Digital Strategy & CRM Excellence
- Own and evolve our digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Optimise the website and member journey using Hubspot and analytics tools to drive quality leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with CRM and IT teams to enhance online experiences and communications.
Drive Member Acquisition & Commercial Growth
- Lead digital acquisition campaigns to drive traffic and convert leads.
- Partner with Sales to identify new growth opportunities and create impactful sales collateral.
Support In-Club Operations & Retail
- Oversee marketing operations across clubs, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
- Lead retail strategy, seasonal campaigns, and product development in collaboration with club teams.
Create Premium Content & Events
- Manage the marketing calendar and content creation across channels.
- Collaborate on event strategy to boost member engagement and brand awareness.
Inspire & Develop Your Team
- Lead, coach, and grow a talented marketing team.
- Foster a culture of high challenge and high trust, aligned with our EVP.
- Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
Own Budget & Performance
- Plan and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with Finance and the CMO.
- Track performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI.
About you
- 8+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Hubspot), Google Analytics, and digital ad tools.
- Experience working with app development teams is a plus
- Passionate about health and fitness.
- Analytical, data-driven, and results-focused.
- Excellent communicator and copywriter.
- Organised, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working flexibly, including occasional weekends.
