Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and growth, strengthening our brand perceptions worldwide.
• Collaborate with a wide range of teams—including relationship management, sales, product, and more—to build new client relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Report to the Head of Issuer Services Marketing, with dotted-line reporting to the global CEO of Investor Engagement.
• Shape the future of our Investor Engagement business by translating business objectives into a clear and effective marketing strategy.
• Shape go-to-market strategies that are innovative and successful, in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Contribute to strategic business conversations, workshops, and high-level meetings as a vital voice in strategy development.

What will you bring to the role? / Qualifications

• Over 15 years of financial services or fintech marketing experience, ideally with a background in equities and a deep understanding of how capital markets function.
• Ability to manage and develop a team, with a creative problem-solving mindset and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
• Strong influence and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders and regions, ensuring marketing initiatives align with global priorities.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: ability to measure marketing performance and link regional plans to global priorities to deliver measurable results.
• Team Leadership: experience in leading, mentoring, and developing marketing talent across functions.
• Capital Markets Expertise: understanding of corporate governance, stakeholder management, and the roles of Investor Relations and Corporate Secretaries.
• Product and Solution Marketing: experience launching technology-based products with executive-level advisory services; strong project and time management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: highly proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Cvent, and BI is a strong plus.
• Influential Communication: strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and achieve alignment across diverse viewpoints.
