In this role, you will:

• Lead and evolve a bold brand strategy that brings emotional connection and consistency across all touch points – from digital and social, to physical spaces and service design
• Be the brand guardian - embedding identity, values, and tone into everything from openings to hiring
• Drive multi-channel campaigns that blend storytelling with performance - across paid, organic, PR, influencer, CRM, and in-room guest experiences
• Partner with leading agencies to execute best in class digital, PR, and social strategies – while keeping creative bold, culturally relevant, and unmistakably “us.”
• Build smart KPIs and performance dashboards that give creative decisions commercial weight and clarity
• Champion a brand-led culture internally - collaborating across Ops, Tech, Design and leadership to keep the guest experience front and centre

You’ll bring:

• 7+ years’ experience leading brand and marketing in hospitality, lifestyle, travel or creative-led industries
• Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and loyalty - not just clicks
• Strong experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders across digital, PR, social, and CRM
• A sharp creative eye paired with commercial instincts – fluent in data, ROI, and performance insight
• A collaborative leadership style – someone who inspires, coaches, and builds brand ambassadors across the business
• The ability to scale with purpose whilst evolving a brand without losing its authenticity
