Workwell Global is a growing business with huge ambition. Marketing has already laid important tactical foundations now we want to build a true growth engine. This role is about elevating marketing into a strategic function, leading a talented but junior team, and showing how marketing can deliver measurable business impact.

As a member of the management team, you’ll be pivotal in shaping how we go to market, generate demand, and strengthen our brand. At the same time, you’ll roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, coach and develop the team, and work closely with sales and leadership to ensure marketing is powering growth.

Role Overview

To lead the marketing function, ensuring delivery of the existing marketing strategy while developing it into a growth engine for the business. • Act as a voice of marketing on the management team, influencing stakeholders and shaping commercial priorities.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a small but ambitious marketing team.
  • Execution and Delivery
    • Drive demand and lead generation through a full marketing mix: digital, SEO, content, events, email, and campaigns.
    • Oversee website, brand, and content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
    • Partner with sales to build a smooth funnel from awareness to conversion.
    • Manage external suppliers/agencies where required.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong, credible relationships across the business.
    • Influence senior leaders by demonstrating the commercial value of marketing.
    • Regularly report on marketing performance, ROI, and insights.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to optimise marketing processes, technology, and reporting.
    • Stay ahead of industry and digital marketing trends, applying best practice to keep our approach fresh and effective.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A commercially minded marketer with experience in both strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Proven success in B2B demand generation across channels (SEO, content, events, digital).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
  • Experience developing, mentoring, or leading junior marketers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business with plenty of opportunity but not always the perfect structure.
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused, with the ability to translate activity into results.

Why Join Us?

  • A role with real influence as part of the management team.
  • The opportunity to build and prove how marketing can be a growth engine.
  • Scope to shape the team, the strategy, and the future of marketing in the business.
  • Competitive salary of up to £75K (DOE)
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) + bank holidays
