You'll help shape the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of lifecycle campaigns that drive retention, activation, and revenue. From precision targeting to experimentation and automation, you’ll scale a channel that drives real business value and deepens relationships with students and parents.What You'll DoLifecycle Campaign Execution: Own the email and marketing automation strategy, including planning, execution, and optimisation across the entire customer lifecycle. Design and launch segmented, high-performing campaigns across email and additional engagement channels (SMS, push, etc). Drive meaningful uplift in retention, reactivation, and lifetime value through sharp, personalised communication.Experimentation & Innovation: Build and evolve a rigorous test-and-learn culture, drive continuous experimentation across content, channels, timing, and journey logic. Report clearly on performance, impact, and optimisation opportunities using relevant metrics (engagement rates, revenue impact, etc). Champion innovation and lead the expansion of CRM and marketing automation into new touchpoints and technologies.1st Party Data & Infrastructure: Grow the sophistication of our 1PD usage, deepen how we leverage behavioural, demographic, and engagement data for targeting and personalisation. Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve CRM data quality, collection practices, and data enrichment efforts. Support the implementation of new marketing automation technology and campaign orchestration platforms.Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and develop a high-performing email marketing team, setting clear KPIs, growing capability, and fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media and content teams to ensure aligned, high-impact lifecycle messaging. Operate as a member of the marketing leadership team, helping shape broader growth strategy and cross-functional initiatives.Who We're Looking ForProven CRM Leadership: 5+ years of hands-on experience leading CRM and email marketing for consumer-facing brands. Strong track record of designing and delivering campaigns that drive measurable engagement and commercial impact. Experience managing a team and scaling both people and processes in fast-growth environments.Strategic & Data-Driven: Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices, with sharp instincts on segmentation, user journeys, and message cadence. Strong grasp of CRM metrics (e.g., conversion rates, churn/re-engagement rates, LTV) and how to optimise for them. Analytical mindset with comfortable reporting, interpreting data, and making performance-led decisions.Operational Excellence: Expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc). Marketing automation platforms and campaign orchestration products. Proactive, unafraid to get their hands dirty while also able to think strategically. Strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills to handle multiple campaigns and competing demands.
