Founded by two best friends after their own battles with cancer, we are developing the world’s best natural solutions for common health challenges in our own lab. Today we have:

  • A clear plan to triple revenue over the next 18/24 months

We’re building the defining natural health brand of the next decade — and now we need a Head of Digital Marketing to own and scale our online growth engine.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of growth, e-commerce, and customer lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable acquisition and retention across all digital channels while ensuring our Shopify storefront delivers a world-class experience.

Reporting directly to the CEO and part of our management team, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, with the mandate to build the team, systems, and campaigns that fuel Kurk’s next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Acquisition (Performance Marketing)

  • Own strategy and execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, Influencer, and PR amplification.
  • Manage and optimise paid spend with a sharp eye on CAC, LTV, and payback periods.
  • Test and scale new channels (TikTok, affiliate, healthcare practitioner referrals).

2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Develop and improve subscription and loyalty programs to increase retention and LTV.
  • Run personalised campaigns targeting 40+ wellness customers and new recovery/longevity segments.
  • Lead A/B testing across landing pages, upsells, checkout flows, and subscription funnels.
  • Ensure tracking and attribution are clean across Shopify, GA4, and paid platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvements to conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase rate.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of our Shopify Plus storefront.
  • Integrate and optimise tools (subscriptions, attribution, review platforms, CRO tools).
  • Own reporting dashboards to provide real-time growth and performance insights.
  • Build and manage a lean team (growth marketer, CRM exec, paid media buyers).
  • Collaborate with our science, creative, and operations teams to launch products and campaigns.
  • Work with CEO and board to align digital strategy with overall company growth.

About You

  • 3+ years in digital marketing / e-commerce growth, ideally in DTC wellness, supplements, or CPG.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Shopify, paid media, CRM (Klaviyo), CRO, and analytics.
  • Proven record of scaling acquisition profitably with disciplined CAC:LTV.
  • Strong analytical skills — you’re fluent in attribution models, cohort analysis, and dashboards.
  • Customer-first mindset: you understand how to engage a 40+ health-conscious audience.
  • Team builder: able to coach and inspire, but also roll up sleeves and execute.
