Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary, but some will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases, and maximizing revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywriting and designing (with support from our Graphic Designer) emails and campaigns to promote our events such as webinars and conferences
• Continuously learning and improving future campaigns and strategies
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads
• Coordinating with Content and Sales teams to ensure targeted outreach
• Selling tickets and driving registrations by managing our marketing inbox

What we expect from you

You possess an exceptional work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and a relentless drive to excel. You take ownership of your tasks, are proactive, and follow through on commitments. You are humble and share our passion for building and executing new business initiatives. Additionally, we expect that you:

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
• Have a UK work permit
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail

Note: We work from our office next to Victoria Station Monday through Friday; remote work is not available.
