As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll own and evolve our CRM and digital strategy, building campaigns that don’t just look good, but deliver measurable results. You’ll be the go-to specialist in the team, setting the standard across digital performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This isn’t about “managing digital” it’s about transforming it. You’ll test, learn, and innovate, while building scalable strategies that will fuel our ambitious UK and Ireland growth plans.

What you’ll be doing as our Head of Digital Marketing

• Define and deliver the digital marketing strategy, ensuring it drives brand growth, awareness, and loyalty across the UK & Ireland.
• Lead and inspire a small digital team, building a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
• Plan and execute impactful, data-driven campaigns across CRM, paid media, SEO, content, and emerging channels – continually testing, learning, and optimising to reach new audiences.
• Own and evolve our CRM strategy, from segmentation and lifecycle journeys to automated campaigns, ensuring we maximise acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Map and optimise the digital customer journey, aligning messaging and creative across all touchpoints for a seamless brand experience.
• Oversee performance marketing and aggregator sponsored ads, ensuring activity delivers measurable ROI and supports broader marketing goals.
• Partner with brand, creative, digital, and operations teams to deliver consistent, integrated campaigns that amplify our impact.
• Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, reporting on KPIs including awareness, consideration, conversion, and ROI.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and opportunities – ensuring we’re always innovating and pushing boundaries.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in senior digital marketing, ideally in fast-paced consumer brands (hospitality, retail, FMCG, or food a plus).
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRM, SEO, paid media, and digital optimisation, with hands-on knowledge of automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
• Skilled leader with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Creative, test-and-learn thinker with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
• Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders and present with impact.
• Analytical, data-driven, and organised – able to balance detail with big-picture strategy in a fast-paced, agile environment.
