Head of Brand Marketing

New Yesterday

Agora Talent are partnered with a fast-growing, design-led D2C beauty brand in the search of their first ever Head of Brand. This is a pivotal, senior-level appointment overseeing the brand strategy across PR, organic content, and social media, while leading and growing a creative and collaborative team.

We’re looking for an operationally strong brand leader who operates at a senior leadership level and has experience managing and building a team. This role is perfect for someone who can bring structure and vision in equal measure, to shape and scale the brand’s narrative while building out the systems and culture that support long-term creative excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering a brand marketing strategy that supports the company’s wider commercial and creative goals.
  • Managing and mentoring the PR, social, and content teams to ensure consistently high-quality output across all channels.
  • Serving as the brand’s guardian - crafting and maintaining the brand voice, tone, and playbook to guide internal teams and external partners.
  • Supporting the delivery of seasonal campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and standards are upheld.
  • Allocating budget and resources effectively to maximise brand reach and resonance.
  • Tracking performance across brand channels and using insights to iterate and improve.
  • Bringing fresh thinking to established ways of working and helping evolve the brand as it continues to grow.
  • Staying tuned into emerging trends in media, brand, and storytelling, and applying them thoughtfully.

What We’re Looking For

  • A high senior brand marketing leader, with ideally 3+ years of experience managing a team in a consumer-led company.
  • Strong academic background (top-tier university preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working in a fast-pace, high-growth environment, ideally with a high-growth D2C brand.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, narrative design, and visual consistency.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams (PR, social, content).
  • Confident translating creative vision into clear, actionable plans and frameworks.
  • Great communicator and team builder - able to inspire, collaborate, and influence across functions.
  • Salary outlined in job post.
  • Private health coverage.
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with tenure.
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in a beautifully designed London studio, 2 flexible remote days
  • Complimentary access to the brand’s core product or service.
  • A welcoming, values-led team culture with regular team meals, socials, and creative outings.
