Overview We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. In this role, you will develop targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, manage essential customer communications, and optimise website content to enhance conversion. You'll also design automated workflows and nurture streams, leveraging CRM tools to create seamless customer journeys. Lifecycle Marketing
Develop lifecycle stages based on customer data (e.g., new sign-up, conversion, retention, win-back) and design campaigns for each stage Execute CRM campaigns to drive activation, engagement, retention, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities Be accountable for essential transactional customer communications Personalise messaging based on customer segmentation
Website Management
Ensure the website effectively communicates product benefits and maximises conversion into the product experience
Automation and Workflow Development
Design and implement automated workflows and nurture streams for different segments and lifecycle stages Use our CRM tool to set up triggers, rules, and workflows that guide customers through the journey
Requirements
4+ years experience in a high-growth D2C company Strong technical marketing skills and hands-on experience with CRM platforms; CMS experience preferred, a willingness to learn is required Experience with Customer.io, Webflow and coding languages (Liquid, CSS, HTML) are an advantage
What success looks like
Measurable improvement in the performance of CRM campaigns and website metrics Quality of the customer experience delivered through the website and emails is significantly improved
Collaborating with other teams
Work with the Market Leads to develop customer segments, positioning and messaging Work with the Market Leads and Product Manager to deliver CRM campaigns
