We're looking for innovative, bold and brave minds to help us build the world's best insurance company.About The RoleWe are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. In this role, you will develop targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, manage essential customer communications, and optimise website content to enhance conversion. You'll also design automated workflows and nurture streams, leveraging CRM tools to create seamless customer journeys. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing, automation, and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you!📣 It would be an amazing added bonus if you speak in addition to English, French, German or Dutch!Lifecycle MarketingDevelop lifecycle stages based on customer data (e.g., new sign-up, conversion, retention, win-back) and design campaigns for each stageExecute CRM campaigns to drive activation, engagement, retention, and upsell or cross-sell opportunitiesBe accountable for our essential transactional customer communicationsPersonalise messaging based on customer segmentationWebsite ManagementEnsure that the website effectively communicates product benefits and maximises conversion into the product experienceAutomation and Workflow DevelopmentDesign and implement automated workflows and nurture streams for different segments and lifecycle stagesUse our CRM tool to set up triggers, rules, and workflows that guide customers through the journeyRequirements🚀 Could this be you?4+ years experience in high-growth D2C companyStrong technical marketing skills and hands-on experience working with CRM platforms required. Experience working with CMS platforms preferred, desire to learn a mustExperience working with Customer.io, Webflow and coding languages (liquid, CSS, HTML) are an advantageWhat success looks likeMeasurable improvement in the performance of our CRM campaigns and Website metricsQuality of the customer experience as delivered through the website and our emails is significantly improvedCollaborating with other teamsWork with the Market Leads to develop customer segments, positioning and messagingWork with the Market Leads and Product Manager to deliver CRM campaignsAnd just so you know, insurance experience isn't required (for most roles). We'll teach you anything you need to know and upskill you if needed.
