You’ll own the execution of our demand gen activity - from email sequences and landing pages to LinkedIn ads and nurture workflows - ensuring campaigns launch on time, perform well, and keep improving.This is a hands-on role suited to someone experienced in demand generation who’s ready to bring proven skills in campaign execution, testing, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the Acquisition Manager to put strategy into action and help lift SQL growth, especially in the US market.It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing automation, and performance optimization while making a real impact in a fast-growing company.RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Execution & Optimization: Build and launch multi-channel campaigns (email nurture, landing pages, LinkedIn campaigns, paid ads).Manage CRM workflows, segmentation, and audience lists.Run website updates and conversion optimizations.Execute LinkedIn campaigns and help grow our follower base.Regularly A/B test ads, emails, and landing pages to improve results.Reporting & AnalyticsProduce weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and SQL impact.Track key demand gen metrics and share insights with the CMO and wider team.Spot opportunities for quick wins and longer-term improvements.Work with the Acquisition Manager to put new demand gen strategies into practice.Partner with the Events Assistant to support LinkedIn campaigns and event promotion.Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to spec.RequirementsExperience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.Solid hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).Confident in building and optimizing campaigns across email, paid, and social.Strong reporting and analytical skills - able to turn numbers into insights.Clear, concise written and verbal communication.Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Curious mindset - eager to test, learn, and try new approaches to lift SQL results.Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Monday.com (or similar).The OfferAs an Inflo employee, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:6% Employer pension contributions providing you are a member of the scheme.25 days holiday + UK bank holidays, with an additional 0.5 days for every year of service.4x Salary life assurance.Private medical insurance with Bupa.Medical cash back scheme (for optical, dental etc)Flexible working environment – work whenever and wherever that suits you.
