We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to define strategy, drive impactful campaigns, and contribute to the continued expansion and success of the Nomios brand in the UK market.If you thrive on accountability, attention to detail and measurable success, and want to be the person who makes marketing happen, we want to hear from you!Your roleYou will be responsible for designing, delivering and measuring marketing programmes that drive pipeline, strengthen our brand and support our sales teams. This is a hands-on role where you will drive brand awareness, plan and execute campaigns end-to-end, and have complete accountability for results.No two days will be the same, but the activities include:ResponsibilitiesOwn the marketing plan for the UK business, aligning with company strategy and sales objectives.Work with the wider Nomios group to ensure consistency in plans and messaging.Translate business goals into clear, measurable marketing campaigns with defined timelines, budgets and KPIs.Partner with the sales team to ensure campaigns generate pipeline and are followed up effectively.Work with vendors and distributors to secure and manage MDF and co-funded marketing activities.Maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints.Ensure messaging reflects Nomios as a premium provider of cyber-security, networking and automation services and solutions.Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, social, video, email, etc.) that generate qualified leads.Organise and deliver customer events, vendor co-marketing activities and industry exhibitions.Manage content creation end-to-end with subject matter experts (video, references, web content, blogs, etc.).Develop and own sales and marketing tooling for lead generation and data capture.Track campaign performance, engagement, ROI and other KPIs, acting on insights obtained.Job requirementsWe hire result-oriented, smart, high-energy individuals with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar function, driving field marketing efforts for a technology B2B organisation (cybersecurity industry preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships with sales, technical teams and external partners are required.Required skills and qualities include:Proven B2B marketing experience in tech, cyber or MSSP fields.Self-starter with the confidence to own the marketing function.Experience running both field and digital marketing campaigns.Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised, able to balance multiple projects.Proficient in LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), HubSpot, and intent-based marketing and reporting tools.Pragmatic problem-solver with the ability to develop campaign recommendations and plans.Ability to analyse data and present results clearly.Proven budget management experience.A customer-centric attitude with the motivation to deliver an exceptional experience at field events.Job specificsLocation: Hybrid role, attending the Basingstoke office each week.Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.Travel: Some travel within the UK, with some overnight stays and occasional international trips if required.Requirements: Must be able to attend meetings and events across the UK and have a full UK driving licence.Why NomiosWe invest in our people and offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can use your initiative to support our strategic objectives.
