Our commitment to a flexible and hybrid working cultureThe roleArqiva is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to design and deliver high-impact events that elevate our brand, engage customers and prospects, and accelerate sales pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Sales, and is a key driver of how Arqiva shows up in the market.What you’ll doStrategic Event PlanningBuild and manage the annual events calendar across the Utilities and Media & Broadcast verticals, including owned Arqiva events.Develop business cases and ROI models to evaluate and prioritise event participation.Make sure each event has a clear project plan, timeline, owners and cross team orchestration, ensuring Marketing, sales, product and comms are aligned on deliverables and deadlines.End-to-End Event ExecutionOwn delivery of all events from strategy, planning, and budgeting through to logistics and post-event analysis.Manage suppliers, contractors, and venue relationships to ensure seamless execution.Oversee stand design, branding, signage, collateral, and giveaways.Audience Engagement & Lead GenerationEvent amplification via Social Media and Digital – Building plans to generate pre event engagement, live coverage and post event amplification through social media, email and web content.Collaborate with the wider marketing team to build audience acquisition plans (webinars, pre event comms, meeting booking campaigns).Ensure Sales has the right outreach plans and follow-up aligned to maximise ROI.Implement lead capture strategies.Content & Brand RepresentationEnsure all messaging and assets reflect Arqiva’s refreshed brand and product positioning.Collaborate with Brand and Design to deliver a consistent visual identity.Work with Product/Marketing to prepare speakers, content, and presentations.Performance Measurement & ReportingSet and track KPIs per event (meetings held, leads generated, influenced pipeline).Deliver post-event reporting with clear analysis, insights, and recommendations.Capture feedback from Sales and attendees to continuously improve event strategy.What you’ll haveProven experience in event management or event marketing within B2B (ideally technology, telecoms, or utilities/media).Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.Commercial mindset with focus on ROI and measurable impact.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Creative vision.Why join ArqivaWe are the undisputed leader in UK TV and radio broadcast, and the UK’s leading Smart utilities platform.
