Email Marketing Manager

As the email & copywriting manager, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality written content and deliver effective email campaigns that engage our key target audiences: students, parents and teachers. You will play a central role in shaping our communications across email, blog, website and print materials, helping to strengthen InvestIN's brand and grow our reach.
Role Deliverables
- Write high-quality, personable and persuasive copy for emails, blogs, website and print materials
- Plan and execute email campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling and performance tracking
- Help manage automated email flows using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
- Contribute to the wider content strategy, ensuring consistency of tone and messaging across channels
- Develop lead generation campaigns by producing guides, quizzes and resources to support outreach and attract interest in our programmes
- Lead on the delivery of one of our career summer programmes
- Assist with the execution of webinars and live events
About You
- Outstanding written communication, proofreading and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Eager to learn and proactive in getting things done
- Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Ambitious and driven to learn new skills, including marketing theory, software and tools
- Strong self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
- Some previous experience in marketing or a related role in copywriting, editing and proofreading
- Desirable: previous experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Desirable: previous experience presenting and public speaking
- Desirable: previous experience working in the education sector or directly in a school

The Details
- Contract type: Permanent full-time
- Working schedule: 9am - 5pm (flexi-hours), Monday - Friday. Some weekend work may be required, but you will know dates for this well in advance, and be given time off in lieu during the weekdays.
- Working Location: Hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Our offices are based in Victoria.
- Salary: £27,000-30,000 depending on previous experience
- Start date: September/October 2025
