As the Email Marketing Manager at HLTH, you will be the central subject matter expert in executing and optimizing our global email marketing initiatives. Your role involves developing and implementing targeted, segmented, and triggered nurture campaigns, leveraging explicit and implicit data to maximize impact and engagement. You must have in-depth knowledge of and experience with HubSpot and be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and execute targeted and segmented marketing campaigns, including nurture and triggered email campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Segmentation Strategies: Utilize explicit profile data and implicit behavioral data to tailor messaging and timing for optimal engagement; develop and activate robust segmentation strategies to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Tools & Integration: Demonstrate expertise in using HubSpot for marketing automation tasks; maintain proficiency with HubSpot and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; integrate various digital tools and platforms to create a cohesive marketing technology stack.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Stay informed about GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, ensuring compliance; implement best practices for email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and manage detailed reports using HubSpot and Google Sheets to track and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with global marketing stakeholders to support and enhance marketing initiatives; communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of segmentation strategies and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
  • Experience in building and interpreting marketing reports.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment on multiple projects concurrently.
