What does a day in the life of an Email Marketing Executive involve?
Email Content StrategyDeveloping and implementing tailored email content plans for each hotel, ensuring alignment with leisure, F&B, and M&E customer segments to drive relevance and engagement. Campaign Creation & DesignYou’ll build and deploy email campaigns in, including writing on-brand copy, designing templates, and creating visuals and animations that reflect hotel brand guidelines. Audience Growth & TargetingYou will work to grow and segment email databases, implement triggered and automated campaigns, and use A/B testing to optimise performance and audience engagement. Performance Analysis & ReportingMonitor campaign metrics, produce monthly performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve email marketing effectiveness. Compliance & CRM IntegrationEnsuring all email activity meets GDPR standards, support integrations with third-party CRM platforms, and stay current with email marketing trends and best practices.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within hospitality or a multi-brand environment. Strong copywriting and design skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in DotDigital or similar email marketing platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital advertising tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance. Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance standards.
