Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer communications that drive engagement, retention and revenue. You will be responsible for the hands-on execution of email campaigns — including building, testing, deploying, and reporting primarily within Klaviyo. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution

Build and deploy marketing, lifecycle, and transactional email campaigns in Klaviyo Create engaging, on-brand templates and copy in collaboration with the wider marketing and creative teams Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and CTAs to continually optimise performance Manage audience segmentation and data hygiene within Klaviyo Assist in developing customer journeys and automated flows to support lifecycle marketing and retention strategies Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations

Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.) Provide regular reports to the Head of CRM and contribute insights to the wider marketing team for continuous improvement Work closely with the Head of CRM, eCommerce and Creative teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives Support the Head of CRM on loyalty initiatives and customer engagement projects

Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in email marketing, ideally within Klaviyo Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and email best practices Analytical mindset with confidence handling campaign data and producing actionable insights Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A passion for beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
