Our mission is to provide high-quality items that enhance the comfort and aesthetic of your living spaces.ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipAssist in the day-to-day management of the website and marketing functions.Manage a team of E-Commerce & Marketing associates.Deputise for the Managing Director in leading and motivating the team.Ensure smooth and efficient operations to support business growth.Digital Marketing & GrowthDevelop and execute a strategic multichannel marketing plan to drive sales and brand visibility.Manage and grow the Shopify website to maximise user experience and conversions.Take full responsibility for SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic search performance.Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, Display, Paid Social) to deliver strong ROI.Drive performance marketing initiatives, tracking KPIs and analysing campaign performance to achieve ambitious growth targets.Oversee GA4 analytics, reporting, and ad spend management across Google and other digital platforms.Spearhead an aggressive social media strategy to build brand presence and direct traffic to the website.Deliver engaging content, copy, and creative assets across email, web, and social channels.Effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2 years) with strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong copywriting ability with an eye for detail.Demonstrated leadership and team management experience (minimum 2 years).Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise a fast-paced workload.Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Comfortable working independently, under tight deadlines, and within set budgets.Experience managing and optimising Shopify stores.Eagerness to learn new skills such as image editing, basic design tasks, or video editing.PackageOTE: £35,000 - £40,000 + BonusCompany pensionCycle to work schemeEmployee discountHealth & wellbeing programmeOn-site parkingReferral programme #J-18808-Ljbffr
