Product Marketing Manager - Shop Ads Commerce - Global Business Solutions - LondonResponsibilitiesThe Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team. As a Product Marketing Manager collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams. They lead go-to-market for Shop Ads in Europe & Israel (EUI).We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the PSO team who has the ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners and clients. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in London.As part of this role, you will:Own TikTok's Shop Ads GTM strategy and grow revenue & product adoption in EUIBecome the in-market product expert by partnering closely with sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirementsEnsure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with our biggest advertisers and help increase product adoptions, identify blockers and growth opportunitiesAct as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutionsCollaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendationsDevelop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledgeQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Extensive experience working within media in product marketing (with a strong focus on Performance marketing)Expertise in media sales and performance marketing (specifically paid social media)Strong knowledge of the eCom/Retail industry and media ecosystemExcellent communication, presentation and analytical skillsCustomer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacityA commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goalsPreferred Qualifications:A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
