Overview

Digital Marketing Manager role at Laundryheap. This position leads the testing, execution, and optimisation of paid media to drive growth and support global expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and iterate all global paid media activity across Google, Meta, YouTube and others to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own paid campaigns from set-up, testing and forecasting to daily optimisations and detailed reporting.
  • Develop a data-driven experimentation roadmap, running A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creative, audiences and landing pages to unlock insights and improve performance.
  • Partner with design, product and organic social teams to develop and iterate on high-performing assets, providing clear, data-backed insights on what’s working and why.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and translate them into strategic recommendations for broader growth and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, recommending opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic performance reports that clearly communicate results, insights and future opportunities.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned digital marketer with 3+ years of experience in paid media management, including at least 2 years on paid social. Strong Google PPC and Meta Paid Social knowledge is essential; YouTube, TikTok and app advertising experience is a plus.
  • Proven agency experience with readiness to apply skills client-side, taking ownership of day-to-day implementation and optimisation with potential to help grow the team as Laundryheap scales.
  • Numerate and data-savvy, proficient with platform tools and analytics suites (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker), turning raw data into strategic insights.
  • A/B testing and analysis expertise, committed to building a rigorous experimentation culture and proving incrementality across channels.
  • Global mindset with the ability to localise campaigns for different markets and understand cultural nuances.
  • Strong communicator who can brief creative teams and present complex data clearly to non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Independent problem-solver who thrives in a high-impact, growth-focused environment.
  • Willing to work remotely to a consistently high standard; proactive in suggesting improvements and owning your remit, with occasional collaboration at Laundryheap’s London coworking space (2–3 times per month).
