The team are responsible for taking the clients briefs and establishing the right strategy and products to deliver what they need.The role largely centres around application of omnichannel media planning and buying, and other capabilities that the agency offers, including data strategy, technology, performance creative and training.Overall, our team are responsible for maintaining that relationship and ensuring that Space & Time continue to provide best in class service.The RoleThe Client Experience team are looking for a confident Performance Manager with strong Account Management skills to manage the day to day running of their clients’ accounts. You will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for managing the daily activity and strategic development of our pillar clients, from taking the brief, developing the media strategy, and working with the internal specialist teams to provide the right solutions to meet your client’s objectives.You’ll also have the ability to come in and lead, have autonomy and independence and act with authority whilst also getting support from senior managers. You’ll lead meetings, acting as the company representative and make decisions.
